Experience in sales and/or marketing and experience with PA and Congress products
Strong commercial and customer oriented business approach,
Excellent interpersonal skills and sales experience in an B-2-B environment, preferably in the Security sector
Presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to give product training


Обязанности:

Develops and executes the annual Sales Action Plan of the F/l product group for the Russian market within the ST framework;
Drive turnover and margin to achieve budget for the F/l product group;
Search sales opportunities across Russia (including Far Regions) and select new growth areas;
Analyze market size, market growth, market segments, market snares and verticals;
Full understanding of the market and good comprehension of the commercial and technical aspects of the F/l product portfolio;
Analyze the specific influencers for F/l products in Russian market: consultants, user groups, government bodies, rental agencies;
Manage the 4 p's of the marketing mix;
Managing the product-life-cycle: introduction, growth, maturity, phase-out and end-of-service.
Product/application support for colleagues, partners and support in the preparation of specifications, tenders and questions;
Stock management for F/l products: plan/forecast, monitor stock level, initiate new orders and indicate problems;
Arrange all necessary certificates for F/l products and manage the certification process;
Arrange/order samples and demo goods (including requests to BU for adapted pricing);
Pro-actively drive the collection of product/market information and feeding this back into the ST organization;
Pro-actively drive the construction and execution of a product-training schedule for F/l;
Prepare local price list (2x per year) within the Russian ST framework, send out price list and prepare price changes for BD-soft;
Prepare price changes and send out to customers;
Prepare spot price requests and prepare proposals for change of discounts and special pricing for volume deals;
Lobbying F/l products and systems in the key vertical segments: Oil&Gas, Banks, Governments, Infrastructure;
Represent Security Systems through the sales force to the market by providing support, advice, tools and counsel, and
Accompany them to customers, end users and planners/specifies in order to present and persuade them of the products;
Ability to give presentations on products, configurations and application areas to both partners and large end users;
Increase brand awareness of the F/l product group in the Russian market;
Maintain CRM / Databases, internet and Extranet;
Support sales reps and customers in initiating (marketing) actions and activities;
Support sales reps and customers with tools for consultants;
Support sales reps and customers with availability of advertisements, articles, press releases, pictures, application notes etc;
Target initiatives with the key accounts to increase their sales and improve visibility of brand;
Analyze the specific routes to market for F/l products in Russia: System integrators, VAR's, installers, distribution;
Select new F/l partners (mainly VAR's, wholesalers and/or Distributors) within both the security as well as other industries;
Improve penetration of the F/l portfolio with current partners and support them in growing the sales of Fire and Intrusion;
Defines together with the sales team the potential partners to target and evaluates progress/results.
